“I am the blog hacker”
It’s been really enjoyable perusing/stalking the very impressive blogs of my fellow Sot23 participants. So much to quench my voyeuristic enthusiasm, so much to comment on. However, the physical process of posting a comment has been, for me, the most challenging part of this first week. Particularly when adding a comment from a wordpress blog to a blogger blog (can I say that? I just have):
- Find and select “comment” link (not always easy).
- Select your profile – not wordpress as I discovered after several attempts, but OpenID.
- Enter OpenID URL…nearly there!
- Publish – where’s it gone? Aaaaaah, scroll back to bottom of screen.
- PLEASE PROVE YOU ARE NOT A ROBOT!
I don’t think I’m a robot, but I’m struggling to read those wavy letters and numbers hidden behind the opaque frosted glass. This must be a significant issue for anyone with a visual impairment.
As for me, perhaps a trip to Specsavers will reassure me that I’m not a paranoid android!
